Common questions

Which file should I download?

Start with the installer. The full APK is available for manual installation. The Linux ZIP is an image archive, not an app. See downloads for versions and checksums.

Why do the installer and app versions differ?

They are separate packages. The verified installer is 1.0, and the current app is 1.3.33-debug.

Does Android 8.0 guarantee every feature?

No. It is the minimum SDK declared by the APKs. Architecture, device firmware, permissions, and backend support also affect compatibility.

Where do I manage my account?

Use the separate Kalidroid dashboard. Account interactions take place there.

Collect useful details

Device manufacturer/model, Android version, and available storage.
Installer and app versions, including any debug suffix.
The step that failed and the exact error message.
Whether a clean restart changes the result.

Remove passwords, tokens, personal files, and identifying network information before sharing logs. Use the support destination provided in your installed app, if available. A public issue tracker has not yet been verified for this release.
